Hate to tell you man, but there is no conversion. You have to pick up a welder and go to town with new mounts for the fairings. For fairings alone you're probably lookin in the neighborhood of $300 or so depending on how many parts you get (i.e.upper, lowers, tail, etc) and their condition. Look on ebay

If you have basic fabrication and welding skills and common sense it's not terribly hard. Now making it look good is another animal. I personally don't dig the look of bolting on a 600rr or F4i tail and not modifying the rear of our frame (technically the subframe)so it shows below the plastics. To do this using the stock frame would mean sectioning some of the upright struts to raise the lower frame rail to be hidden under the plastics. You also have to come up with something to mount the seats and release and all. I've heard of people using the subframe from the donor bike and modifying the f3 frame to accept it. This would also be a lot of work but would pay off so long as you weld in temporary braces on the f3 frame so it doesn't tweak when you chop the back half off.

For the upper I plan on sectioning the F4i unit and grafting it to my F3 lower (much like Valkyrie has done on his R1/F3 swap). I'm 90% sure you will need an F4i fairing stay to clear the headlights, the F3 one is very close to the fairing and our stock headlight is considerably smaller. For this you will need some experience with fiberglass and body filler. The wiring for the lights should be fairly self explanatory.
