i just paid 2,000 for a 96 F3, 12,000 miles, runs great, new tires, but..... has a cracked lower case which is fixed by jbweld right now, but will probably cost me about 100 bucks or so to get welded up this winter

i got my 98 F3 in amazing condition for $2500. no way in hell i would pay that much for the bike you want. there will be plenty of bikes to buy, just hold your horses for a little..let this one pass you by. its not worth it. especially if the guy has no idea what the hell he is talking about. probably means he had no idea what he was doing when he tore the thing apart and thought carbs were fuel injectors...lol
