Yes, tell me about it, i may or may not have some photos, was a few months ago now (first time id pulled them off for a clean) but i could barely believe it, they had cut the screws to length too and to be fair they did hold it together pretty snuggly - or was that the liquid gasket stuff perhaps, but having ruined the existing threads, instead of buying a tapping tool i just got the refurbed one.
