F3 dies at low rpm?

F3 dies at low rpm?
I was riding and it died while I was stopped at a light. It died a handful of times on me. It would die while I was stopped or if I was shifting to a lower gear. Basically the rpm would would decrease to 2 rmp then drop and die. I had to ride hop with the chock on. Any help?
