My cbr 600 f4 dies when i go to take of and when i do take off it shutter and spluts and jerks about and i have to really open it up to get away, what could the problem be, it idels at 1000 revs, i need a choke cable but im sure the choke is not on when im riding it, is it ideling to low?

 

Idle should be 1300 RPM +/- 100 RPM 49 state and canadian model. California model should be 1400 RPM +/- 100 RPM. At 1000 you are idling a bit short.
