Default Exhaust noise changed all of sudden while riding / hard to get movin at low rpm

My 95 f3 all of sudden while riding sounded different as in the exhaust noise and was hard to get moving at low rpms, idk if i would call it bogging but it did kind of feel like it was running out of gas and it idled like crap. As it gets higher in the rpms it ran a noticeable amount better but still not like it should. I changed the spark plugs and it idles much better but i rode it up and down my driveway in first and the exhaust noise still sounded unusual and it was still iffy coming out at low rpms. is it misfiring? i felt all the headers after i let it warm up for like 5 minutes and they all felt really hot but the exhaust noise is always making that unusual sound it never goes back to normal. any insight would be great, thanks.

I took the fuel pump out and gravity fed it, now its good to go the pump must not have been pushing fuel well enough to feed all the cylinders

Might be the fuel filter. If it was pump it would have been doing it at higher speeds. When more fuel is needed. Maybe??

the fuel filter was replaced not too long ago and my theory is the pump just wasnt putting out enough psi to push gas to all the cylinders, it could only get like 3 of them

connect your pump to the battery and if it hums its fine if not its broken if it sounds dodgy it is dodgy

i love fuel pumps nice and simple diagnostics on them

You should at least feel it clicking when its pumping. Even more so when its not getting gas through it .

i bought my bike 3 months before my 17th birthday and didnt notice a noise until 5 months before my 20 birthday and that was only because i wired it up to be a stand alone unit operated by a switch so i ran it without fuel and it hums, dont do it for long mind im sure it would get hot and burn out.
