Arrow Engine storage to-do's?

Hey all i have my F3 all the way down to frame and my engine is sitting on a crate inside my shop and i was wondering what i should do to it to make sure it doesn't get screwed/clogged up. My main question is how do i get the gas out of the floaters in the carbs? The little screw on the side? Any input would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

Yup, those are the drain screws for the float bowls. Flat head screws.

I hear it's correct to put new oil in the motor for storage so that used oil doesnt corrode parts as its slighty acidic and such..

Thanks for the info! Drained fuel last night..but is it normal to only have fuel come out the center 2 carbs and not the outside ones? The drain screws were bone dry on the outside ones when i took them out And i'll try and get some new oil today.
