Engine Idle will not stay low

I did put a house fan infront of my bike and the rad fan was also running but the radiator fluid started to overflow out the reserve so I killed it.

Can you manually turn the throttle (roll it forward) to lower the RPMs? Might possibly be a sticking throttle tube or something? I turned my idle screw all the way out once. took me 20 minutes to get it back in. so be careful of that! lol. Dirty carbs usually lead to low RPM not high RPM, could be mis-adjusted Pilot jets which are also a pain to adjust.

Well i was having some issues with overheating so i flushed they system burped it and put a new rad cap on it and havent seemed to have many problems yet. I also think the Carb cleaner helped a bit too.
