Its just gone over 20 000 miles so shouldn't need a new clutch just yet, unless its been abused, which is possible. I've noticed it shifts just fine if i rev it a little and let the clutch out a tad. It just doesn't like shifting at all when its warm and not moving

 

When troubleshooting,start with the simple stuff first,do NOT overthink it.

Adjust your clutch,go from there,holla back.
