Default dropping

how would i go about dropping the front end of my bike. it looks a little bit "gappy" in front. any suggestions or does anyone know where i can get a kit and price for this?

I have dropped the front end of the bike 10mm with improved turn in and no problems with high speed stability.

All you need to do is put a jack under the engine to lift up the front end and undo the triple clamps bolts and push the forks up.

Make sure everything is aligned afterwords.

after further evaluation, i think this would work. LOL. i will hopefully be doing this tomorrow. I will let your guys know how it goes

10-20mm wont hurt you on the street, now if you are into motocross....

what do you think the maximum amount for dropping would be without bottoming out or messing anything up. im thinkin about 2-3 inches.

i think 2-3" is way to much to drop the forks. bottoming out isnt a real concern here, but handling is. try 1 cm drop, tighten everything up and test ride her. you will ntice that your turn-in will be faster. you may end up with 2-3 cm's before you are done, much more than that it will get squirly on ya (info from my personal experience).
