Default Dropping #1 & #4 Cylinders

Well, I've been fighting an issue with dropping cylinders at random.. I decided to go ahead and replace the plug wires and coils with the Accel kit.. I did that this weekend.. Started it up and it ran perfect on Saturday.. I let it run numerous times for 10 min or so no issues.. Didn't have time to go for a hot lap.. I go out there yesterday and fired it up and after about 10 seconds it drops cylinders.. So, while it's running I pull #1, no change, put a screw driver in the plug wire no spark.. I then pulled #4 with the same result.. I shut it down, pulled #2 and it had spark.. So it's contained to the #1 and #4 coil, any ideas? I'm thinking about changing the wires to the coil out and see what happens from there.. Just wondering if you guys know of any other issues.. It's completely random.. I can go out there tonight and it will run fine.. Thanks, Vince

FYI,
It has a new Bosch pump, 2005 Suzuki R & R.. Looks like it's getting a good signal from the stator..

Check the connection to the coil. You may have jiggled something, when you changed the plug-wires.
Also, look for a pinched wire leading to the coil, it's possible that something got kinked,
if you pulled and replaced the tank, etc.

Good luck, Ern
