Does your fuel pump do this? Or is mine messed up...
Once I got the fuel cut-off relay disconnected and jump the correct wires to do the fuel pump test, it works fine if the gaz line that goes to the carburators is unplugged and gaz just pisses on the floor on in my case in an empty container. The manual says, that when you turn the ignition to "ON" the fuel pump should flow. It does. Here's my question. If I plug the gaz line back to the carburators and now do the test, the fuel pump does not turn on. Is it because my carbs are flooded and the gaz has nowhere to go and the pump is forcing so it turns off???As soon as I disconnect the line that goes to the carbs, the fuel pump will turn back on and flow again.
Thanks for any input on this

This may be a stupid question, but better be safe tahn sorry
Is your bike turning over?
Is it sparking trying to burn any gas?
THe fuel pump doesnt work constantly, it only works to get the flow going, but it doesnt continue to pump all the time, unless it needs gas of course....so the reason could be that your lines are filled up already so theres no reason for the pump to keep pumping.
Just a thought!
Also, did you check how many mL the fuel pump test produced? If you only got a few drops thats not good, but you did say you go a nice stream so it should be ok IMO but to be safe is always good to do that little calculation with a graduated beaker. All u do is measure the gas and multiply times 12 or something like that and it should be within the given range.

Yes youre right the pump keeps flowing, but what I meant is that it doesnt keep working as hard as when the fuel lines are empty, the pump is just sort of cruisng along with the flow and you dont hear that clicking noise when is dragging for gas.
Anyhow, that doesnt help you lol
Yeah not sure what to tell ya, i say once you clean your crabs and stuff try by acctually turning bike over to see if it starts. I doubt your fuel pump is bad if its working with the test.
