get you some foil tape from the hardware store they use it for heating and air work....... It works great for for molding stuff like this ..... not alot of work when sanding parts comes out nice ......

yeah, there is one good thing with a-b foam, u can sand it smooth and lay a coat of paint over it with out worrying that its going to eat the foam, pretty resilient stuff
