Default A Couple F3 questions

1. I have a 96 F3 with a totaled front rim. are there any other bikes which rims are a direct swap?

2. I know the F2 rim is close but i noticed the setup for the brake rotors is a bit different. If i get an F2 rim with rotors will it line up with my F3 calipers?

3. lastly is there anyone out there with a good set of front and rear rims for an F3 they are willing to part with? A complete set would be nice but i can do with a front for now. I have checked eBay and there are no good candidates.

Any help on any of these would be great!!!
Thanks Matt

Either a 95 or 96 is a direct swap. The 97 and 98 years were different.

I don't know for sure. I would think that you'd need different forks as well, but maybe someone here knows for sure.

I have 2 sets, however they're currently attached to our bikes and I'm not considering parting with them . Sorry, couldn't resist...

Some of the older VFR use the same wheel and rotor setup. Thats what I have on my F3.

i have been looking around as was wondering if the 94-98 VFR750 does in fact use the same front wheel setup as the CBR F3? also has anyone had experience with the delkevic brand of wheels? I have been looking around and have seen mixed reviews. Not looking to stunt ot race just want a good OE type cruising wheel.

95-98 VFR the will look the same as the CBR F3 wheel and is the same. To give you a better idea. The front wheel I have is off a 95 VFR750 with rotors off a 97 F3. All the bearings, seals, and spacers are the same.
