Hey what's up guys. I need to change my rear brake pads. Is there a writeup on this anywhere? Also, what kind of pads do you guys reccomend?

in the group buy section calsport has a deal going on braided brake lines and pads right now. as far as installation goes you should get a manual. do some searching with google you will find one.

Yeah I need a manual, but I don't really want to buy one because I think I may be getting a new bike soon.

Hello Flyin to replace the pads all you need to do is remove the retaninig pin (thats the flat head screw at the very rear of the caliper just below the banjo bolt) then remove the 12mm bolt just below the retaining pin and then lift the caliper up towards the front of the bike and remove the pads BUT note how the pads come out.
Before fitting new pads take the top off you rear master cylinder and push the piston on the caliper back into it bore then fit new pads and put it back together in reverse order not forgetting to put the top back on the master cylinder and pumping the brake a few times before ridding hope this helps dude.Joe
ps carbon loraine sinted pads are very good
