Just wanted to share what I did to correct the speed on my f3 by relocating the needle. I started by prying the needle off very carfully with two small screwdrivers using the two face screws for leverge, then I removed the face by taking out the two screws. Once youve done that remove the small black needle stop from the face then put the face back on and replace the needle back on in the same position as in the photo. Mount it on your bike with cluster cover off. I mounted my hand held gps to my clipon and set it to speed. You can move the needle by maxing it out either way by hand and then test ride untill you match gps, be sure you move needle with key off.
