hello

Recently bought a cbr 98 with only 10000 miles.Cosmeticaly bike was not in great shape but engine sounded nice.The tank had a dent in it so i changed it...bought a used tank on ebay cleaned it up and put it in. After a week i tried starting the bike,but as soon as i let go of the acclelator the bike shuts off, tried playing with the idle screw but no what what direction you turn no response. will open up the tank and see if the screw came undone...bikes starts up and will run fine,but as soon as u let go of the accelration it dies..Also with that my headlight,side marker and horn also stopped working...don't feel like if the bike was messed with .but defintaley need your help.
