sorry, I am assuming earthing means grounding?
If you are looking for all the grounds, I would bet money they are in the electrical section of the repair manual, which details the entire wiring harness.

Just replaced the wire harness in my F3. The only place I screwed any wire directly to the frame was by the r/r on the right tail.

there may have been one on the right side of the fairing stay, near where the fuses hooked up... i think i remember having a ground there. (screwed into the fairing stay)

It doesn't matter WHERE you're grounding (earthing), so long as it's to a bare metal part of the frame. It's all the same. Did you have the frame repainted? If you did, and you're attempting to ground by just flattening a wire under a screw, that won't work. Get some sandpaper, and scuff down the are where the wire will be grounded, to ensure metal-on-metal contact. If this is what you are doing, then it's not your problem, and you need to troubleshoot somewhere else.
