I am new on this forum, but not new on motorbikes.
Have just done the shims/valve space, put in the manual cam tenstioner.

And this is what it sounds like :

Ouch, that's bad. Did it always sound that way or only since you've done the valve job?

 

I would be taking the rocker cover off to double check all is ok with the shims, then confirm the cam chain is tight and no broken guides then I'd look at taking the clutch cover off as that sounds as if a metal or alloy part is banging against something. It's a light tapping sound but it's loud so I'd not be concerned about main rod bearings. But I'd drop the oil into a pan to see for any metal.
