Im sorta having the same issues with my 96 f3. Bike was running fine about a week ago. then we removed all fairings and the tank for sanding and repainting. and now after putting the bike back together im having issues with it. The bike was acting up earlier this evening with it jerking back and forth and if ur at about 6k rpm and you pin it, it'll bog at that rpm or will drop down in rpms till it kills the motor. i poured in half of a bottle of seafoam and rode it up and down the road to mix it up with the gas. it ran good for about 15 to 20 miles and now its acting up again but only in 6th gear. the bike has had the valves serviced once before and its getting to be that time again with almost 29k miles on it. but i dont see the valves being the issue. airflow seems to come to mind as a problem and the fuel pump could be the issue as well but i will have to check that issue tomorrow. any info you guys have would be greatly appreciated.
