I replaced friction plates and springs to my clutch (because it did slip). Clutch doesn't slip anymore and it fully disengages, but operation has become unsmooth. When I slightly engage it, whole bike vibrates/shakes because clutch engages unevenly. After it is fully engaged, it works fine. Operation was smooth before I replaced the plates and springs.

Any ideas what might be causing that? Can backwards installed judder spring cause that?

 

HI mate Just did my clutch it easy
But you have to remember about the two dots
get the dot on number 10 the pressure plate and number 2 OUTER COMP., CLUTCH aligned with the center raised dot
