Carb Stuck Fuel flows constant
Okay I dont know if i worded that correct or what. I do not know that much about bikes yet. I am learning. Basically underneath the Air Filter is the carb. Correct? Well the 2nd one from the left Constantly lets gas in. The others do not allow the gas to constant flow. They are working correctly. The 2nd one seems to be clogged or something. It just overfills and floods. Gas then comes out of the 4 jets that are next to the carb. Also Gas seems to drain out of the gas cord that drains excess. I am having a buddy look at it later, whom knows a little more about cars. Maybe after he educates me a little I can explain my problem better. Any Imput until then would be appreciated.
It sounds like you have a stuck "float" in that carburetor. Each carburetor has a bowl on the bottom from which it draws it's fuel. There is a "float" (not too unlike the float in the back of a toilet). As the fuel is consumed the level of fuel goes down, which lowers the float. The float is connected to a (of course) float valve. The valve opens and allows more fuel to enter the bowl. The level goes up raising the float and closing the valve. The float could be stuck, or something as small as a grain of sand could be preventing the float valve from closing. Sometimes a gentle tap (I mean gentle) with the plastichandle of a screwdriveron the bottom of the carburetor can free it up. Other times you have to take the carbs out, turn them over and take the bottom bowl off to inspect the float and valve. Depending on your skill level it's hard to say whether you should take to to a shop or attempt yourself.
Hope this helps a little.

i agree with idodirt, if you dont have experienve working with carbs it can be a nice experience. i took my carbs apart for the first time a couple weeks ago and it wasnt so bad, just make sure you're jentle with everything cuz they can break easily. good luck.
One of the carbs on my F2 did this after I had them separated. If I turned the gas off it would stop. Now it no longer leaks so either the float and/or needle has worked its way back down.
You may have to take the carbs off and actually clean them and possibly adjust the floats to fix it.
