which carb gasket kit to get
Im getting ready to do a thorough cleaning on my carbs and hate to wait for parts mid assembly. Even though I always attempt to get all the gaskets I need before hand, I always end up needing something during the process. Being its a 10 year old bike, and the gasket kits arent all that much money, I figured I would just buy the kits and be done with it.
Does anyone know which gasket kits I would need to do such a rebuild?
Using online microfische from ron ayers..

I was thinking gasket kit number 2 from above...
and 8 and 9 from below....

If anyone has ordered these kits, cleaned the carbs and found one of the kits was lacking a needed gasket, please let me know.

Just did mine... and I gotta say. My carbs look like just rolled off the factory floor. Here is what you will need based on 49 state model:
16010-HM7-670 x 2
16010-MZ2-E00 x 4
16039-MZ1-790 x 1
16040-MAL-600 x 2
16192-MAL-600 x 1
Ordered my stuff from here because it was a little cheaper and it gives the quantities.

I might take apart the carbs and have perfect gaskets, I might not.. Id rather order the kit replace them now and have them new, even if they 'look' fine. 10 year old gaskets might last another 5 years or 2 months... and when they fail would probably do so 100 miles from home. If I have them apart im going to replace them while theyre in front of me.
