cant get f3 to start

i have a 96 f3 will not start it has fuel fuel turned on kill switch is on all the usual stuff has been checked pulled carbs and they are the clean. the wires on the side is that the fuel relay? i was riding the bike parked it it was running kind of crapy let it set for a day and it would not fire. any tips? it is a smoking joe if that matters

is the fuel pump pumping? are you getting fuel.?.. try changing the plugs and wires, thats a plus even if there is nothing wrong with them. Could be timing, could be clogged jets, piston rings could be worn and not getting enough compression, could be a thousand things trouble shoot and get a hynes book for your bike. Best thing you could invest intest every thing.

i have checked all the above and its all good ive got compretion ive changed the pulgs and wires the carbs are getting gas they are just not delivering it to the motor if i put gas in the ports she fires. the carbs look great they look like they could have been rebuilt. they look new.

Have you actually pulled and cleaned the idle jets? They may look clean but if you can't see day light through them then they won't deliver fuel.
I am willing to bet they are plugged up....they are so small that it doesn't take much to plug em. Pull the idle jets and get some small copper wire and push it through.
