Hey guys, working on getting my new baby ready to ride ('95 F3). ill be damned if when i went to look at her (3 times!) she sounded great, as soon as i get her home - click, click, click, click... from the right side[:@]. Figure its best not to tempt fate, i saw the post on replacing the cam chain tensioner and its a piece of cake to get to on my bike, with the fairing removed that is. How often do these things tend to go bad? Whats the big diff between the stock and a manual cam chain tensioner??? is there any type of adjustment needed once its in??

 

yeah all you have to do is tighten it so you stop hearing the chain noise, but stop before you start to hear the engine bog down on a Manual CCT
