Ok, I know it's been discussed before, but after trying the search engine, I couldn't find a good answer...

I'm doing the valve adjustment on my bike. I'm at the point where I need to remove the cam chain tensioner, and got annoyed/froze a ball to my leg in my dad's garage (I hate Wisconsin) while working on it, so I gave up once I got to the tensioner. Any good tips to get that sob out?
