Just curious as to if anyone knows what the function of the CCT is. Like, how does it work and such haha...thanks!

A cam chain tensioner tensions the cam chain. Basically it's a spring loaded plunger that applies pressure to the chain to keep it tight.

The name really say a lot about what it does... lol

the tensioner pushes on the chain guide which keeps tension.

Just curious as to if anyone knows what the function of the CCT is.
To increasingly become worn and become progressively louder over time, in such a way that you eventually break down from the constant and unbearable noise and replace the spring tensioner with an APE, fixed tensioner.

I changed mine to APE, but it didn't entirely remove all CCT sounds. It's still kind of there.
