Just wondering if this requires a new clip on. It is not just the bar end that broke off, the threaded tube that the bar end screwed into also snapped. These were the best pics I could get with it.








So, new clip on or can this part be replaced?

 

The part can be replaced, I had to do that once. It was broken and appeared to have been so a long time before I got the bike.
Assuming you have the stock bar weights (the part inside the tubes),
they look like this:



Although one of mine was in good order, I replaced both.


So, assuming you manage to get it out of there, it's just another replaceable part
