Just keep on eye on how the anti rattle clips go back in & the white heat pack that goes behind the pad cover is also put back in. Replacing the pads is pretty much straight forward. Once you have the caliper off, use the old pads to push the pistons back (before you take them out) to give the new pads clearance. Be aware at this point, if you have topped up the brake fluid at any stage to the right level in the Master cylinder, as you push the pistons back, there can be a slight over flow from the reservoir cap & Master cylinder. Even with it secured into place, you can get a slight seeping happening later on, which will eat that black paint.

I think it is also a good idea to clean the pistons up before pushing them back in. You can build up a lot of brake dust and dirt on the pistons. I like to give the whole caliper a real good bath and inspection when i do brakes. Also don't forget to at least bleed the lines, if you aren't changing the fluid.
