hey,
so i found these online from a canadian website going for $27 bucks for both front and back 1999-2000 Honda CBR 600 F4 Front + Rear Carbon Kevlar Organic NAO Brake Pads Set

if you just mooch around town with a bit of highway no hard braking or not massively hot brakes when used go with goldfrenn very cheap

quick road i would use EBC HH or SBS LS

trackdays use SBS RS pads

racing with cast iron brake discs i use SBS carbon pads

SBS is a better make than EBC with a little more dust and a little less longevity you get better braking my RS pads have lasted about 500 miles of pure racing and now they are paper thin so wouldnt be any good on the street although i do run more abrasive discs than standard

drag is caused by caliper and master cylinder not pad

i'm also useing the EBC HH i would try to stay away from the cheaper stuff. cheap brake pads have a tendancy of having the pad material separate from the metal backing. i know this happens regularly on cheap car pads. i have yet to see it happen on motorcycle pads. that being said, i don't see very many motorcycle pads
