i have a 95 f3 and i just replaced the wiring harness, the stator and the rectifier. i got it to fire up fine, its just now it wont even let me rev it up. i can rev it and it goes to about 4000-5000rpm and then almost stalls out. if i hold the throttle open it will rev up and then die down, rev up and die down. it just keeps doing it like its pulsating for some reason. this thing has been puzzling me for a while. somebody please help!!!

 

i would guess something with your throttle positioning sensor
