ok, the bike has been sitting for a while go to crank it up the battery is shot. Anyhow, when I start it up its bogging and throwing fire out of the exhaust. So I change plugs and crank it back on.....now its cranking up and idles w/out shooting out flames but the minute you take it off of choke it dies down. So I clean the carb. out TWICE MIND YOU after putting in four hours and assembling and disassembling twice we're still at the same problem. CAN SOMEONE HERE PLEASE HELP ME AND TELL ME WHAT THE HE!! is wrong with this thing?!?!?! It stays on normally in idle b/c its running leaner but the minute I take it off of choke it dies and doesn't want to run. The bike starts fine and idles fine with the choke on but not when its not on choke.

 

Sometimes the idle adjustment screw is no in far enough. Try turning it in a lot to keep the RPM's up around 2K. Then back it off to try to get it to the right position. If it sputters and dies as it gets lower, then you'll know it's an air/fuel mixture/ratio issue and not just trying to idle too low.
