no pictures necessary...very straight forward. take the seat and tank off. on the forward side of the battery box, there are 4 or 5 electrical plugs. the connector you want is green. it is a 3 pin connector. one side the wire is green, the other green/white and the middle will be yellow/black..just undo a paper clip so its straight, and then bend so it can be stuck in the back of the plug touching the wires you need..

Just zip tie the sensor to the position that's needed for the light to be off.. There is a tab and mine broke so this is what I had to do.. Even tho I'd rather have the kickstand switch working

my sidestand switch was faulty so i needed it bypassing also race bikes need it bypassing as it wont turn on with the switch disconnected

two outer wires soldered to each other and boom a way better idea than a paper clip or zip tie and takes max 30 minutes and gets rid of an extra wire

If you're on the street, best to replace/repair.
Pogo-ing the bike on a left turn can be really expensive/dangerous.
Cost is minimal, time is the same as bypassing it.
There is a reason why all bikes come equipped with them.

or just get into the habit of taping the kick stand with your heal before setting off

no kill switch = less to go wrong
