98 f3 wheel issue

Default 98 f3 wheel issue

i just recently bought a 98 cbr f3 thats been recently "rebuilt" after being downed and the question i have is the back tire is 160/60/zr17 front is 130/70/zr16......every size chart i find says the back is right but the front should be 120/60/zr17.....seems to ride and handle fine......should i try to find a wheel and replace the 16 inch wheel or just leave it a see what occurs.........help please.....riding seasons comming

I would recommend stock if you have the money.
That being said i have a 180 on the back and it rides smooth

Yes stock is what is recommended for our bikes. The front should be a 120/60/ZR17, not a 130/70/17. If possible I would buy an original F3 front wheel and put the proper tire size on. I'm running a 120/70/ZR17 up front as its a common size. Out back I'm running a 180 b/c it was a free tire after I ran over a razor blade. Personally I liked the 160 better in the rear for the twisties, but to each their own.

130/70/16?

900rr front wheel.

Yeah,get a 17.Tires are easier to find.Bike'll handle better too.
