Default 98 F3 HELP URGENT!!!!!

Working on my F3 with a buddy for the season coming up. Well fired it up today after doing an oil change and now we have gas dripping from the small drains on the back bottoms of the carbs. We opened and drained them and then tightened them up as tight as we can get them and still are puzzled. Any one ever seen this or have any ideas? Also if anyone could link me or hook me up with a manual for a 98 F3 that would be great. Thanks in advance!

floats are stuck.. the carb has an overflow tube, that once gas gets to a certain height in the bowl, it drains thru those hoses..

yah, pull the bowls off, and remove the float, and the float valve.. look for corrosion or other crap that could hold the valves open. I've found if there's alot of corrosion in there, you can take a piece of scotch-brite, and wad it up to fit inside the fuel inlet(where the float valve goes.) While in there, pull the jets and clean them really good with carb cleaner.. make sure you can see light thru the smaller jet(pilot)
