So my neutral light quit working. When I put it in neutral and put the kickstand down, the bike shuts off. I know the kickstand is supposed to shut off the bike when it's in gear, but it's not in gear. I'm assuming a switch/relay has gone bad or come loose, but I don't know where to look for one. Could someone please give me some insight on what to look for and/or how to fix it

 

theres a one wire switch under the tank that screws into the engine above the tranny.. Its proly bad. Mine is too..

 

What exactly is that sensor called? I would like to get it fixed. Thanks in advance!

I figured that too, but When I did a search I couldn't find anything on it. I'll keep looking tomorrow.
