97 cbr600F3 Speed Limiter??

After talking to a few mechanics in the area (Seoul, Korea). They said there could be a limiter/governor on the bike since it's a Japanese make. I haven't had a chance to push it to the max again yet, however I haven't had the same flat spot/throttle cut as I previously had.
Once I have time to test again, I'll let you know.

well to be honst the f4 does 154 top speed 600f3 does 177mph plus dependant on its use and care and import restriction etc either that or mine is 900 as had 165 two up and let off **** about percentage off mine would leave bandit or gsxr stood **** over r6 r1 is mine broke dont think so

120mph the 'drive' stops and it will crawl compared to 10-120 acceleration and i dont know why you all rip on the k&n filter i have one and not a problem plus im getting my engine setup up on a dyno so you can all shush when it comes out with 110 whp
and if its restricted pull your carbs off and check for restrictors in the cylinder inlet we use them in uk for 33bhp restriction then check jetting maybe after that im stuck i dont think an electrical restriction can be placed on a carb bike. Okay i just thought of setting a trip set to lower fuel pump output at 180kmh but thats too complex
