hmm, my bike had problems starting before the K&N. Im gonna rebuild my carbs i guess

 

i don't think it was just my K&N's fault, it probably is the weather changes + K&N....

my jets are not set up to have that much airflow and with the weather changes the air wouldn't pick up the gas and move it to the motor

 

oh okay, so you tuned your jets specifically?

 

doing that today to see how it does, i'm putting 138/140 jets in and gonna ajust the mixture and see how it does, with the k&n back in...... it rode like a beast last night, but i was told my bike has a set of cams and cam gears in it (the guy i got it from said he had them put in) he had paper work on them. If's thats the case then my carbs where set up way wrong..

the bike has been a complete mess since i got it, but for what i paid i can't complain to much, i have 600 bucks in it right now, it's my 3rd bike in my collection, he used it to race the dragon (us129) so it has aftermarket forks and some kind of race set up rear shock... I'm not sure the brands and haven't dug into it too much yet

 

I think my bike is stock. But maybe it isnt, i bought it from its second owner.
