Default 95 cbr600 f3 gauges aren’t working

I was recently changing out my headlight to an led and accidently touched two wires together and heard a pop. Now non of my gauges work on my dash but blinkers and taillight work fine. Also the bike starts up and idles perfect/revs up perfect no problem but when riding in gear It bogs down randomly and have to play with the throttle to get going again. This all happened right after that pop noise from the headlight wires touching. I’ve replaced the fuel pump, checked all of the fuses in he fuse box, replaced the voltage regulator and the ICM. Is there some sort of relay somewhere that probably crapped out when I shorted out the wires?? So frustrating! Please help!

Have you checked the fuses?

He said fuses were checked above.......... I would disconnect the battery and light. Run a positive and negative from the battery to the light just to make sure your bulb isn’t blown. If everything else was checked.
