Default 95 CBR F3 fuel pump question?

Any advice or info would be awesome...lol. Recently had the old pump on the bike go bad....installed a new one, new Russell billet fuel filter, new line from the petcock to the filter and pump and new air filter and plugs. My question is...the bike is running fine, has plenty of power and isnt cutting out..but my concerns are:

1. the bike is hard to start after it gets warm and sits for 2 or 3 minutes,,,I have to throttle it and bump the starter to get her to fire up. May be a normal thing for these bikes...not sure ?

2. the fuel pump seems to run alot.....maybe a solid quick pulsing for about a 30 to 60 seconds at a time...then it will chill out and pulse off and on. Mostly runs constantly at a warm idle. Also it get pretty warm,,,,not melting hot,,,but its heating up. Any word on whether this is the normal function?

Sorry for the dumb questions...but dont wanna mess anything up lol
thanks for any advice or replies

Sounds like a rich condition, perhaps on the pilot jet setting. Heat soak can make warm starting problematic. When it starts, is there dark smoke coming out of the exhaust? If so, could be rich mixture. Do you need much choke to cold start the bike?
