Default 4th cylinder missing...

So i just bought a 95 f3 that sat for about 5 or 6 years not ran at all. I cleaned out the carbs and it ran ok but wanted to stall out a lot, so i took them off one more time and cleaned them again and it runs pretty good now, but it is missing at idle and the 4th header is not hot at all let alone even warm. Once im passed about 3k rpm it seems to run fine tho with no power loss or anything at all. Would anyone have any suggestions for me to check or look at? The bike only has 6000 miles on it too

When i cleaned the carbs i only took off the bowls, floats, and needles and used a lot of carb cleaner....so maybe i need to buy a carb kit?

Thanks

Sounds like your idler jet needs to be cleaned out, a torch tip cleaner kit works the best, but any small wire will work to get it poked out, after about 5 grand it switches to the main jets which also don't clog as easily being bigger.

those jets dyracuse are talking about are the jets that dont have a flat-head tip at the top, there is no way to take them out. thats the ones you need to run a very very small wire or fishing line through.
