1995 F3 front tire question
I know this has been covered so many times, I've searched and didn't find exactly what I'm looking for.
According to Bridgestone's site, the stock 1995 F3 front tire is 120/60ZR-17 (55W). My buddy sold me a 120/70ZR-17 M/C (58W). He was getting rid of his riding stuff so I bought it real cheap.. Will it fit? Will I have any handling problems?
Thanks!

The 70 will be a bit higher than the 60. (12mm higher)
I think it will fit fine as far as clearance, but may not.... and won't be the absolute perfect geometry as called for.
However, I've run both those sizes on my 1000F and I noticed it was slightly better turn in going back to the 70.
I ended up with the 60 the same way you ended up with a 70. My buddy had a tire he didn't need and gave it to me. I was "sure" it was the right size until months later when I realized that a 70 was what my bike actually called for.
