hey, just bought my cbr 3 weeks ago, someone knocked it over in the parking lot and the radiator cracked, does anyone know of a different radiator that is compatible with this model? as all the oem radiators are like 550-800 and the used ones are still 250 with no warranty.

take yours to a radiator shop and have them repair it.

 

yea for sure, but a rad shop could charge up to 300. little fix maybe 100...... maybe.

man, 250 plus 20 bucks shipping (maybe even free shipping) is not toooooo bad, it sucks for sure, but it aint bad.

Low ball the guy and offer 150, say its an old rad and new ones are only 450-500 (i know they are waaaay more) but its all in the talk.

So, personaly, i'd take the hit, be grumpy as f*ck and buy a used one.... wait 2 weeks for delivery, spend a day on instal, and drop 30 bucks on rad fluid, shty I know, but at least you didnt blow your transmission??? (or in my case a piston)

 

There are some sitting on ebay right now for under 100 bucks shipped that look to be in good shape. I would just get one of those. The f2 rads are different than the f3's so dont go that route, I dont know about the f4s though
