will a 180 tire with the correct wheel fit the swingarm of a 95 F3? Offset?

Yes it will work. I have had one since they came out. I understand what Triax is sayin about it in corners but I don't take mine to the track. It all depends on what your intent is with it, If your not lookin to track it or bang corners hard as hell. It will work
