dont talk if you dont know....
you have got to be kidding me. im not the dumb ***. i actually see what is wrong with your conversion. Its your god dam bike and you dont even see it. jesus christ. let me try to explain it to you. i hope you are smart enough to understand me this time.

look at these 2 pictures (will probably take you 30 minutes to finally realize it)

do you finally get it?!?! the 03-04 600rr seat is supposed to go snug into the tail fairing up to where the little ridge ends(its circled in yellow). from then on, the black subframe cover is only supposed to cover up from the tank back to about the middle of the seat.

the way you mounted it, the seat is never going to be snug up against tail fairing anywhere. the blue represents where the subframe cover is supposed to cover up to.

i pray to god you finally understand what i mean.

if you do not fix this issue you are gonna be in for a big suprise when you finally get those tank covers.

this is what u said "Wow, you weren't kidding. That looks just plain silly, like a circus bike. Neat idea for a streetfighter, but outside of the "It's SUPPOSED to look like crap" realm, its no good."

sorry doesnt sound like a compliment at all to me.

ok, a 600rr tail on a F3 body does look like crap. its out of place. I agree to you on that.

but on the f4i body i think it looks amazing whether its high up in the air or not. there are tons of sportbikes out there with sleek sharp tails that arent high up in the air. I guess u dont like all of them either.

yes, thats an 05-06 tail. and yes you are correct about the bending issue.

thanks for the compliments. I put a countless amount of hours into the exterior work of my bike, and if someone were to insult it, i would most certainly be aggressive towards them.
you can HAVE it when i figure out what tail fairing i want.i just needed something on my back fairing because i bought the bike without one.

love seeing different peoples way of doing things.....for the people that say bend the subframe to make a tail section fit should be slapped bcuz fiberglassing a section in to the tail is way easier
