so does the f3 need any fabricating/bending to fit the (05-06) 600rr tail fairing or does it mount right on?

Here is my bike if any one has any ideas. i just got it. im looking to do a full body conversion.

it doesn't NEED any fabbing other than the new mounts for the seat, but it definately looks better bent up. I'm actually looking into bending mine up. it really does look much better that way.

i dont know about you but i'd pick a low 600rr tail over a low F3 tail ANY DAY.

and you are gonna criticize his tail when you didnt even mount yours correctly?

seat is supposed to be snug up against the fairing at the end towards the tail light.

your stock F3 tail doesnt look any better.

heres an F3 with a 600rr tail/f4i front WITHOUT a bent subframe.

i dare any of you 2 to tell me it looks like crap. it looks 10x better then both of yours.

I would have to say that is a nice *** bike. make's me wish i went with a different color. And i would have to say guys there is no good way to get the tail to fit at the proper angle without cutting and bending the subframe. This doesn't mean it is a must for it to be bent as this is what customizing is all about. there is no right/wrong and no one's opinion should matter but your own. I wanted a newer looking bike and i wanted to mimick the styling of the F4i and 600rr. If i were to build a streetfighter or a one off bike then it would be a different ball game alltogether.

its more of a safety concern for me for not wanting to cut/bend my subframe. but what im going to do is after i get the 600rr tail on, im gonna swap in an f4i shock which will raise the tail about 2 inches.
