Where is the F2 key code?
I think what I had was the lock's serial number...
There seems to be a code on the tumber... but I don't know if it's correct.
My other lock's key has a code on it too, but the format is slightly different (however, both are three digits).

Hahaha, miraculously I managed to pick the gas cap lock with a two cut-up peices of hacksaw blade...
But the code on the bottom of the cap is the same as that on the ignition lock... so... I don't think I can get a key cut for it.

I think the last three digits might actually be the code...

Yes it is.
Here is an example of an old lock set I have for the CBR.
Code on ignition casing 0VKA91 - A91 is the code and is on the key.
Now when we thought we lost the key for the other lock set on the bike now, I took the ignition lock with me to my dealer they cut the key and I tested it on the spot. Of course I later found the original keys.
