Are F3 rims interchangeable with an F2?

I think the rear is but the front is not because of the speedo sensor being in the front wheel of the f2 and the f3 has floating disc brakes

plus i believe the f3 rear wheel is4x17 n f2 rear is 3.5x17

F2 - 4.5 inches
F3 - 5.0 inches

Purple rear=F3 rear wheel
