Undertail Exhaust??? Anyone done it?
Just curious if its even possible? How would it look? I have access to a pipe bender at school so I might give it a run. Whats midpipe ID 2"?
Let me know what you think.

It's a bitch to route around the swingarm and hard to fit between the tire and tail.
I have seen it done ONCE on an F2, with I believe a 996 tail where it ran through the plastics.
It looked ****ing awesome, but that bike was hardly an F2 anymore.

I think i might give it a run. Any ideas where I can get some tubing for cheap? also my midpipe is a lot thinner than normal exhaust.... so where could I get some thin stuff?
Ive been thinking about the same thing. I am pretty good at fab and one hell of a welder so ill see how this goes... my 1993 cbr has 7k miles and currently has a vance and hines ss slip on but when i do the undertail i want to put the yosh slip on from a RR undertail. let me know what you guys thing before i do so...
It can be done and here is a picture. I think this is the best way to do it running the pipe on the inside of the swingarm inside of the outside of the swingarm. If you do a google search you will find more picutures.
By removing the stock tire hugger there should be enough space to run your pipe. Also CB Hornet 599cc exhaust header and midpipe might work because its the same engine from a F3. The F3 and F2 have basically the same exhaust so check it. Good luck.
