Undertail Exhaust

Undertail Exhaust
I presonally think the ugliest thing on nearly any sport bike is the ugly exhaust on the sides.
Has anyone ever tried using the exhaust off the 600RR??
My buddy crashed his 600rr, and I could get basically the whole bike for pretty cheap from him. He parted out alot of it, but the rear is still all there, and he has the stock exhaust.
My question is this; Do you think it would be possible to swap out most of the rear end stuff off the 600rr onto my 01 F4i?
Ill obviously do the 600RR swing arm, which doesnt look to difficult, and then maybe have someone weld on the 600rr subframe, and maybe bolt on the exhaust off the 600RR?
Does any think this idea is at all plausible?
I would really love to have an undertail exhaust, and the 600rr swing arm and tail wouldnt be bad either!
thanks alot for any help or guidance.

RE: Undertail Exhaust
one thing not covered is that you'll lose like 1000000000 HP for doing it...just check out the bends necessary to get the exhaust to route that way...but to make it up...you get like 1000000000 poser points.
from a performance aspect...you want a side exit like the new R6 or gixxers...when the pipe is underseat, the center of gravity is a bit higher on a bike...drop that schiznit low, like the zuks and see how much difference it makes.
why didn't you buy an RR to begin with?

Do you really think I would lose a noticeable amount of power if the exhaust was routed like it is on a stock 600rr?

RE: Undertail Exhaust
TheF4i was designed by engineers who spent alot of time and work to make the best possible performance bike. Making alterations to the F4i to look cool will affect performance. Depending how you ride and how fast you go, you may or may not see any difference. It can be done, but there is alot of work to do it. The F4i stock is a very fast bike as it is. If you want to mod your bike cuz it doesn't look cool enough for you, and don't care about performance and power go for it. But I wouldn't do it to my bike. I would save up and get the RR. I spent my money and put on a Two Bros. slip on and it made it sound bad *** and I think it looks pretty sweet.
